Avoiding Conviction and Jail

First time offenders may be eligible for an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) outcome, that enables the offender to avoid jail and eventually clear his or her record. If you are eligible and would like an ARD outcome, I will work with the prosecutor and court to obtain it for you.
