A 19-year-old man is facing several charges, including aggravated assault, in relation to an alleged robbery and assault that occurred in the area of Philadelphia known as Jeweler's Row. The incident took place at 2:45 a.m. on Nov. 17.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested in Pennsylvania after allegedly delivering a product suspected of being methamphetamine to an undercover detective in Bethlehem on three occasions in November and December. Authorities have accused him of possessing marijuana, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance. In addition, he has been accused of possessing a backpack containing equipment used to produce meth that police found in September. Subsequent investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police allegedly revealed evidence that the backpack belonged to the defendant in this case, for which he has also been charged with operating a methamphetamine laboratory.
After responding to an anonymous tip regarding a man with a gun, police took three people into custody. Those three individuals now face charges related to drug trafficking.
A Pennsylvania teenager was taken into custody after police say he was under the influence of a controlled substance while driving. The DUI charge followed a hit and run incident that involved property damage. The type and extent of the alleged property damage was not revealed in the police report about the incident.
A man accused of stabbing two people at a Bethesda, Maryland, mall, is being held behind bars without bond. The suspect, age 24, was arrested after an apparent incident of road rage in a mall parking lot that resulted in assault and battery. This charge and the precipitating event are relevant in courts of law nationwide, including those in Montogomery County.
